Built For The Busy, Grounded in Efficiency.
Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy.

What’s Inside
This e-book lays out a clear, four-week strength training system built around simplicity, structure, and repeatability.
-
You’ll follow a three-day, full-body training split designed to fit around a busy schedule, with sessions that can be completed in 45 to 60 minutes. Each workout is built around the same core movements across all four weeks, allowing you to develop better technique, track performance, and apply progressive overload with intention.
-
Structured 45–60 minute sessions designed for the busy individual who wants efficiency and maximum outcome.
-
Clear progression rules (no guessing). The guide walks you through how to select appropriate starting loads, how hard to train, and how to progress from week to week without guessing. You’ll learn when to push, when to hold back, and how to finish the final week with controlled effort rather than burnout.
-
Included are gym-friendly printable training logs designed to keep your sessions focused and efficient. Track your lifts, loads, and progress across all four weeks so you always know where you’re at and what to aim for next. Simple, clear, and easy to use on the gym floor.
-
Clear, practical guidance on how to select appropriate starting loads, how hard to train, and when to increase weight or reps across the four weeks. Progression is clearly outlined so you’re never guessing and always training with intention.
-
Rather than a single four-week block, this guide teaches you a simple training structure you can repeat or adapt over time. The emphasis on consistent lifts and clear progression gives you a foundation you can build from without constantly starting over.
Get to Know Your Coach
Hey, I’m Semaj.
I’m a husband, a dad, and a coach who understands what it’s like to balance training with work, family, and real-world responsibilities. I’ve spent over a decade helping people build strength, improve body composition, and perform better, not by doing more, but by doing what actually fits their life.
After years managing gyms and coaching in-person, I shifted my focus to working directly with clients online. That experience shaped how I coach today: efficient sessions, clear structure, and no wasted effort. When time is limited, training has to be intentional.
I’ve competed in Strongman, studied exercise science, and coached athletes at a high level, but these days my priority is helping busy people train in a way that’s sustainable. No extremes. No unnecessary complexity. Just proven methods applied with context and common sense.
My coaching is built around clarity, accountability, and independence. I won’t hand-hold, but I will give you a system you can trust, even when life gets busy.
If you want results that fit your schedule and your responsibilities, you’re in the right place.
This is The Foundation
This guide is designed to give you a solid foundation to get started on your journey and build strength the right way.
For some people, this will be enough to build momentum and continue training confidently on their own. For others, it becomes the first step toward more personalised support.
If and when you decide you want additional guidance, coaching options are available, and you are free to reach out directly to Semaj during the process of completing this program, should you have any questions or concerns.
